Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at the earliest possible time after placing it. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request.
Please note that once an order has been processed, packed, or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Returns & Refund Eligibility
We offer returns or exchanges within 7 days from the date of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the item(s) must:
Be unused and unaltered
Be in their original packaging
Be in the same condition as received
Custom-made frames, personalized items, or specially crafted products are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Requests made after 7 days from the date of delivery will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their eligibility, we will initiate the refund process.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Return Shipping
If you are returning an item due to a change of mind or for non-defective reasons, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
